Firstly,we ensure the anti freezing requirements of the ship's hull in terms of material selection.The hull outer plate material Q345E is resistant to low temperatures of-40°C;Secondly,submersible pumps are used for water spraying and aeration to prevent freezing,and the pump room is made of rock wool colored steel plates.The detailed description is as follows;Anti freezing system for submersible pumps on return water pump ships.
1.During the design of the pump ship,sufficient reinforcement should be made to the internal skeleton locally according to the design requirements to enhance the anti damage ability of the floating body;Set up several anti freezing submersible pumps around the periphery of the pump ship;Several pumps are arranged in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction to ensure that there are submersible pumps on the port side,starboard side,lifeboat,and watercraft of the pump ship.The antifreeze pump should be completely submerged at a certain depth underwater.When the river begins to freeze,turn on the power supply of the antifreeze pump and spray water to prevent freezing.
Make the water within a range of about 20m X 10m around the pump ship flow continuously in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction,even in extremely cold weather without freezing,ensuring the safe operation of the pump ship.When the weather warms up and ice melts,forming an ice flood;The antifreeze pump remains normally open,and due to the action of water flow,the floating ice is isolated outside the 20mX 10m antifreeze area to protect the pump ship from being hit by the floating ice.
2.The aeration and antifreeze system of the return water pump ship is equipped with a DN100 aeration main pipe on the periphery of the return water pump ship,and DN25 aeration branch pipes are installed at intervals on the pipeline,with several small 10mm aeration holes on the branch pipes;The aeration pipeline is connected to the internal blower room of the ship,and the aeration power is provided by the Roots blower;Therefore,it is called a blast aeration system;It mainly consists of Roots blower,air conveying pipeline,and aeration device.
The aeration pipeline is installed at a distance of 400mm from the bottom of the ship,always submerged below the water surface;When the river begins to freeze,turn on the power supply of the blower to provide air for the aeration pipe;Dense bubbles continuously emerge from the 10mm aeration holes around the hull to prevent freezing on the water surface.This system can be used alone and works better when combined with an antifreeze submersible pump;The lower layer adopts a submersible pump antifreeze system,and the upper layer adopts an aeration antifreeze system.
Two sets of antifreeze systems constitute dual insurance;Further prevent freezing of the water surface in extremely cold weather and ensure the safe operation of the water intake pump ship.
The anti freezing measures inside the pump room are to cope with extremely cold winter temperatures.The pump room walls are made of 75mm rock wool color steel plates,and the windows are made of double-layer tempered glass windows to facilitate insulation and maintain the internal temperature of the pump room above 0C;Ensure that the return water pump returns water normally in extremely cold weather;At the same time,considering the heating of winter duty personnel,air conditioning or electric heaters can be installed in the pump room to provide a comfortable working environment for duty personnel.
