    (4) There should be sufficient water depth during dry seasons; The water depth should be determined based on the tonnage and draft of the floating vessel. For small floating ships, the water depth is generally not less than 1.0m; For larger scale floating vessels, it is best to have a water depth of 2.0m or greater. If the water depth is insufficient and there is slight sedimentation, the floating ship will run aground, and some may leak water due to damage caused by running aground. Therefore, when determining the depth of water at the location where the floating boat takes water, full consideration should be given to sedimentation and changes, and the design depth should leave room for improvement.
