  After sales service commitment

  We will adhere to the principle of maintaining a minimum profit and provide you with first-class services in accordance with the IS09001 international quality management system.Therefore,our company hereby makes the following commitments:
  1、Our company organizes production and testing in accordance with national standards,industry standards,and technical conditions specified in the contract,and strictly operates in accordance with the ISO9001 quality assurance system to ensure that unqualified products do not leave the factory.
  2、Our company provides free technical consultation to users,provides design solutions according to their requirements,and actively cooperates with the owner and supervisor.After the equipment is put into operation,professional technical personnel will be dispatched to assist in on-site production management.
  3、If necessary during the installation period,our company can send professional technical personnel to supervise and cooperate on site to ensure the installation progress and quality.Our company provides free training of operators for users until they become proficient in their own operations,and provides users with relevant operating procedures and rules and regulations for free.
  4、Conduct acceptance assessment of equipment and operational indicators according to design standards and parameters,and be responsible for product performance monitoring.If the standards are not met,our company is responsible for rectification until they meet the standards.
  5、Our company's equipment warranty period is 12 months from the date when the equipment is installed and accepted,put into operation,and the owner issues a preliminary acceptance certificate,with lifelong maintenance.
  After the equipment is delivered for use through operation,if there is a quality issue with our equipment during the warranty period,we will respond within half an hour after receiving your written notice.We will send personnel to the site for maintenance and other after-sales services within 24 hours to ensure the normal operation of the unit.After the warranty period expires,our company only charges a certain cost for equipment maintenance and repair.
  6、Our company's products are all subject to the"three guarantees"policy.During the"three guarantees"period,the products are indeed quality issues,and we strictly fulfill the compensation responsibilities stipulated in the contract.And provide the certificate of conformity and product manual of this batch of products at the time of delivery.
  7、Based on the actual situation,our company guarantees to provide maintenance accessories and do a good job in maintenance services according to user requirements.We provide special tools and spare parts for users,and also implement the"three guarantees"for this batch of products.
  8、Our company conducts regular or irregular telephone follow-up visits(or on-site inspections)to listen to user opinions,exchange relevant experiences,and provide remote network guidance to improve and improve after-sales service.
