(1)The warranty period is 12 months;
(2)The warranty period is 12 months after passing the acceptance inspection.During the warranty period,our company is responsible for providing free technical services and equipment maintenance for various malfunctions caused by the equipment itself.
三、Emergency response service commitment
(1)The company provides lifelong service for the products selected by your company,and provides free maintenance during the warranty period;(2)Our company provides free technical training and conducts regular inspections and maintenance;
(3)There are specially assigned personnel to accept customer service requests 24 hours a day,and the response time to customer service requests should not exceed 4 hours.If our company needs to send technicians or maintenance personnel to the site for service,our company is located in Zhuzhou City,and can reach the location where the customer needs service within 24 hours;
(4)Our company has long-term storage of necessary spare parts.
