Below is an explanation of the disassembly and installation of a horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump.Before operation,please wear labor protection equipment to protect your own safety.
Disassembly of horizontal multi-stage pump
1、Reverse process pressure relief
Stop pump
1.Close the inlet and outlet valves of the pump.
2.Open the vent valve to remove excess pressure.
3.Open the filter drain valve and drain the medium inside the filter.
2、Disassembling the pump body
1.Remove the flange bolts at the high-pressure output end.
2.Remove the connecting nut of the high-pressure end bearing gland,remove the high-pressure end bearing cover,and then remove the bearing bracket connecting nut to remove the bearing bracket.
3.Remove the locking nut of the high-pressure end bearing,use a tensioner to remove the high-pressure end bearing,remove the inner cover of the high-pressure end bearing and the bearing rubber sleeve,and remove the shaft sleeve and bearing cover plate.
4.Remove the packing gland bolts and extract the gland axially.
5.Remove the nuts at both ends of the threaded rod and extract the connecting threaded rods for each section of the pump.Remove the flange fixing screws at both ends of the balance pipe and remove the balance pipe.
6.Take out the packing box along the axial direction,then take out the packing and the packing shaft sleeve seal,and the packing shaft sleeve.
7.Remove the balance disc and balance disc key along the axial direction.
8.Remove the anchor bolts at the head end of the high-pressure pump and take out the high-pressure pump head axially.
9.Take out the secondary impeller axially and mark it with a stone pen.Use a copper rod and hammer to knock out the flange of the liquid section,loosen it,and then remove it.In order to prevent interruption of vibration and falling during the disassembly of the liquid outlet section,wooden blocks should be placed below it in advance.When disassembling each stage in sequence,the mutual positions between each section should be marked in advance and arranged in sequence.
10.Disassemble the bearing body at the inlet end.First,remove the connecting nut of the inlet end bearing gland,remove the inlet end bearing end cover,and then remove the connecting nut of the inlet end bearing bracket.Remove the inlet end bearing bracket.
11.Disassemble the sealing packing gland,remove the locking nut,use a tensioner to remove the inlet end bearing,remove the inlet end bearing inner cover and bearing retainer,remove the packing gland connecting nut,and extract the gland axially,then remove the packing and packing shaft sleeve.
12.Disassemble the pump shaft and extract the bearing body and pump shaft together.
Installation of horizontal multi-stage pump
1.Clean the removed accessories.
After cleaning,the disassembly method for installing the horizontal multi-stage pump can be reversed from 12 to 1.
