On April 18-19,the expert group of the National Safety Mark Center for Mining Products
conducted an online supervision and evaluation of Hunan Zhongda Energy Saving Pump Industry Co.,Ltd.
The evaluation expert group strictly supervised and postponed the evaluation of the company's mining multi-stage pump and self balancing multi-stage pump products in accordance with the national regulations on the management of on-site evaluation of mining product safety signs and the on-site evaluation guidelines for mining cable safety signs.
The review is conducted through methods such as listening to reports through video,watching the scene through video,reviewing materials,and conducting random product tests.The review content includes subject qualifications(registered capital,business premises,production scale,technical strength,etc.),technical documents,production equipment,inspection and testing equipment,process control,procurement of important raw materials,factory inspection of finished products,etc.,and inspection and confirmation of sealed samples have been conducted.
The National Safety Mark Center for Mining Products,authorized by the State Administration of Work Safety,implements the management of safety marks for mining products,organizes the implementation of technical review,on-site review,product sampling inspection,safety marks issued and supervision and management of enterprises with certificates.
Effectively curbing the entry of counterfeit and inferior products into the underground is an effective way to ensure coal mine safety.Only by obtaining a coal safety certification certificate can the products produced by enterprises enter the coal mining industry.
Through comprehensive evaluation,the evaluation team believes that the main qualification of Hunan Zhongda Energy Saving Pump Industry Co.,Ltd.meets the requirements,the quality management system is sound,the technical documents are consistent with the review and confirmation of the National Center for Safety Standards,the operation guidance documents are complete,the overall production conditions and quality management system meet the requirements of relevant evaluation criteria,and the evaluation is qualified.
