1. When installing the pump, please ensure that the axial clearance between the electric coupling and the pump coupling is 3-5mm, and the radial coaxiality error is 0.03-0.05mm. Knocking the coupling is prohibited.

2. When installing the pump, please ensure that concrete is added to the base to form a whole with the ground foundation;

3. Before starting the pump, please connect the cooling water and water seal water correctly according to the requirements. The yellow mark represents the inlet, and the red mark represents the outlet. The cooling water volume is 0.4~0.6m³/h, and the pressure is 0.3~0.4Mpa;

4. For pumps with mechanical seals, before starting the pump, please perform air exhaust operation on the mechanical seal to prevent dry wear of the mechanical seal;

5. Before starting the pump, please unscrew the black plug on the bearing body, add lubricating oil to the center line of the oil mark, and keep an eye on the oil level for a long time;

6. Before starting the pump, please ensure that the steering is correct and reverse rotation is strictly prohibited. At the same time, ensure that the pump chamber is filled with water and avoid idling;

7. Before starting the pump, it is necessary to perform a turning operation on the pump and check whether the rotor is flexible;

8. Before starting the pump, please close the water outlet valve and strictly prohibit opening the valve to start; When shutting down, please close the water outlet valve first before shutting down;

9. If the temperature rise of the bearings exceeds 75℃ during the operation of the pump, please stop the machine for inspection;

10. When the pump is out of service for a long time, please drain the water inside the pump to prevent freezing and cracking when the pump temperature is low;

11. When the temperature of the medium conveyed by the pump is ≥ 70, please warm up the pump before starting, with a warm-up time of ≥ 2 hours.
