On the morning of November 29,2022,the county leaders Yuan Yi,Yang Mingzhen,Zhang Feng,Pan Jun,Wan Dongmei organized some party representatives,deputies to the National People's Congress,members of the CPPCC,and leaders of relevant county units,towns,and sub districts to carry out the completion acceptance of the urban and rural water supply integration(emergency water supply)project in Langxi County.
Yuan Yi and his delegation successively went to the water intake point of Chencun Drainage Station,the pipeline crossing and temporary bridge construction project of the northern section of the Laolangchuan River Bridge,and the pipeline access point of the Longxu Lake Water Plant's replenishment project to observe the construction situation on site.At the subsequent acceptance feedback meeting,relevant units discussed and announced the successful completion of theproject.
It is reported that the urban and rural water supply integration(emergency water supply)project in Langxi County is a key livelihood project for drought resistance and water supply.The pipeline is about 10.10km long and the construction period is 30 days.The project started on October 19th and was completed on November 17th.It has been successfully debugged with water and has been running well.
After the completion of this project,60000 tons of emergency water sources can be provided to the Longxu Lake Water Plant every day.While improving the urban drought resistance and water supply response capacity,and ensuring the safety of urban water supply,it will also enhance the drought resistance and drinking water supply guarantee ability of surrounding villages and towns.
